When the water drops 8 ft in two days there may be a surprise waiting in the clearing water. This giant buck steelhead found an Irideus steelhead fly to his liking. We are claiming this to be the  biggest Steelhead in California for 2012 unless a person has a picture to compare. Check out the adipose fin and the tail on this majestic fish . He is about 20 miles from from the steelie hens up river. Very happy this guy stopped by to say hello!A thick shouldered dense buck that was released.
